Lacrosse is here!  The Central Bucks School District is pleased to announce the addition of boys’ and girls’ lacrosse to the spring sports opportunities at the 7th and 8th grade levels for 2017.  The lacrosse season will run in conjunction with the other spring sports currently offered.  Spring sports are tentatively scheduled to start on March 13th at the middle school level, weather dependent.  More information will be available at the spring sports informational meetings which will be held later in February.

    Family ID Registration

a button that reads 'Register Now' with a 'Powered by FamilyID' stamp on the bottom of it

All students interested in participating in athletics at Tohickon must have sections 5 and 6 of the PIAA physical signed by an authorized medical examiner. This form is available at www.cbsd.org.  Section 6 must be dated by the medical examiner after June 1, 2016, though the actual physical can be completed prior to this date. Before a student can participate in a sport, sections 5 and 6 of the PIAA physical must be completed and signed by a certified medical examiner and turned-in at Tohickon's office.  In addition, each family must register on FamilyID. A student must be registered on FamilyID each season they participate.  For example, if a student is registered and plays football in the fall, they still must be re-registered in the winter to play basketball.  Please note that the registration process is significantly shorter for the second registration.

If a student participates in another sport during the same school year, they do not need their physical recertified by their physician unless they’ve suffered a serious injury/illness that caused the student to miss ten (10) days of school; miss 50% of games/contests; or suffer a season ending injury. Otherwise the original physical is valid for the entire school year. Parents must complete section 7 of the physical form for each sequential sport.
