IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We have moved to a paperless online registration using, FamilyID   ( www.familyid.com ).  This new process has helped us streamline the “paper work collection” process and eliminate the need for parents to fill out the required athletic department paper forms.

Some Important Notes:

·       Parents will no longer need to fill out and sign the paper Medical Treatment, Eligibility and Student Handbook forms.  All three “documents” will be available online.

·       Parents/Guardians must fill out the registration.

·       PIAA Physical Form (Sections 5- 6 – link below) will still need to be completed and taken to your physician for signature and then handed into the CB East Athletic Office to be kept on file.  Athletes who participated in a fall or Winter sport will still need a recertification form (section 7 or 8) filled out.

Dear CB Families –

We all know the value that caring people have in our children’s lives especially

when it comes to organized team sports and coaches in our community.

Now in its 5th year – CB Cares Positive Coaching Award selection committee

is actively seeking nominations for this year’s award. Please share this announcement

with your teams and athlete’s parents who may know a well-deserving coach of this special recognition.

Thank you again!

Nominate a Positive Coach TODAY!
Do you know a coach right now who exemplifies positive coaching, puts emphasis on the health and well-being of the child, serves as a positive role model, and has a positive influence in the lives of young people? More specifically, coaches may be recognized for teaching positive life lessons though sports, providing leadership, and promoting sportsmanship, fair play, motivation and respect.
All of these qualities are consistent with the 40 Developmental Assets.
Nominations are being accepted through April 30, 2016. The recipient will be honored at a community ceremony in late spring with a plaque and $500 award.
