Miss Doyle grew up in Hatboro, Pennsylvania and graduated
from Upper Moreland High School. She attended Temple University where she
majored in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and Special Education. She
earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and the following year
she received her Master’s degree in Special Education along with the Autism
Endorsement. Mary is in her second year teaching at Buckingham. In her spare
time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, and going
down the shore in the summertime!
Kiera Thompson grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and
attended Council Rock School District for elementary, middle, and high school.
She received her undergraduate degree with a dual major in psychology and dance
from Muhlenberg College. She also received her Master’s Degree in Elementary
& Special Education from LaSalle University. This will be her 3rd year
teaching autistic support at Buckingham Elementary School, and her 4th year
teaching autistic support within the Central Bucks School District. Prior to
teaching at Buckingham, she taught at Cold Spring Elementary School. In her
spare time, Mrs. Thompson enjoys spending time with her husband and their
families. She also likes to read, bake, and take an occasional zumba class.

Mrs. Vollmer is an autistic support
teacher for the 5th and 6th grade class. She attended Holy Family University and will
soon earn her Masters in Education. Mrs.
Vollmer says that, “Teaching allows me to work along students and help them be
successful and feel a sense of belonging.”
