Welcome to the Doyle Home and School Association!
Our goal is to support and enhance the educational
experiences of our children while creating a sense of community between parents,
teachers, and students.
The Doyle Home and School Association is your Home and School Association!
All parents of currently enrolled Doyle students are automatically members of the DHSA and we look forward to your participation!
Our mission is to furnish programs, financing, and other vehicles that will enhance and supplement the commitment of the Central Bucks School District to provide a high quality education to all students who attend Doyle Elementary School.
Throughout the year we sponsor many events that directly impact your children. Examples of these are our Soaring Eagles assemblies, field trip aid for every child, the purchase of library materials and playground equipment, homework books, community service programs, the Reading Olympics, Art goes to School, visits by authors and the aide for curriculum presentation, Nova presentations, new classroom technology, team-building workshops, and the D.A.R.E. Program.
Our main vehicle of fundraising is through our Dollars-For-Doyle campaign. Your direct monetary contributions are the most effective way for us to reach our annual budget. Your Dollars-for-Doyle donations realize a one hundred percent investment in your school and are tax deductible.
Your family donation is a personal decision; however, a donation of twenty-five dollars per child would get us well on our way to reaching our budgeted goal. Donations can be via your child’s backpack, the school office, or during back to school night. If you require a receipt for tax purposes, please note that on your envelope or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A few of these include our Family Fun Nights, Scholastic Book Fairs and Booktenders' events, the Book Dedication Program, Family-to-Family Meals for those in need of assistance in troubled times, Support Staff Baskets, Teacher Appreciation Luncheon, Casserole Cooks Event, Kindergarten Tea, the 40 Assets Program, Annual Blood Drive, Doyle Gear, the Doyle Dads Committee, the Box Tops Program, Bus Driver Appreciation Day, a Lost & Found Committee, Market Day, Merchant Rebates Program, the Winter Enrichment Program, the “I-Run for Life” and Wellness Committees, the Yearbook publication, the Parent Advisory Committee, the Garden Committee, and of course, our Homeroom Parents Committee.
